Machinarium Pocket Edition App Reviews

Finally I can play Machinarium on my phone!! The game is just as good here as on any other platform. This isnt a simple port. The makers of the game added camera pans and zooms so youre not squinting all the time :-P

This game keeps deleting my saves on iPod Touch 4G. I hit save, restart the app anymore save isnt there anymore. Plz fix and Ill give a higher rating

The game is amazing, and works well on iPhone, but if you arent using the iPhone 5 the screen is squished and this makes the text hard to read. It also doesnt keep save data, meaning I have to restart every time I close the app. Gameplay wise its great, but it has some game breaking issues.

Its not very responsive when you try to perform certain actions like getting taller or shorter.

Wow this game is so nice! Everythings working well. Lot of puzzle of different type.

Enough said! No problems on my 5S. Works perfect and its loads of fun!

I really enjoyed this game on iPad so was excited to see it come out in a pocket edition. I would have given it 5 stars but its difficult to control on such a small surface. The robot is really hard to stretch and squish and it gets extremely frustrating :( please fix this!

Nice to look at. Nice to listen to. But the interface feels twitchy and annoying. The puzzles are not well designed. Try "The Room" to see what a high quality puzzler is like. This game feels like the puzzles were contrived to fit the artwork.

The art and the sounds are nice, but the puzzle are not interesting. I was expecting something more like the Room. I would have liked a trial version... Now I feel I wasted money.

Im sure the controls work great on a big iPad screen but for this game to be playable on an iPhone a directional control pad in the lower left corner would work wonders. As it is now, the lack of control makes it unplayable and infuriating. Didnt you guys try it on the iPhone before you released it?

Pretty good but dont use an iPhone. It is far too small for most of the challenges and puzzles which makes it close out or do the wrong thing.

Please, make new stories. It was pleasant to dive again in this adventure, but not such interesting as in first time. It has the same gameplay as in PC version. Even though I forgot some moments, it was not a surprising. I had no chance to express my gratefulness to authors then (3 years ago), therefore I give 5 stars now, with hope for future releases. And for those who stuck in lift - I hope you didnt forget to turn lift on after fuel it up. Note the red handle near wall.

Ive never seen such an atmospheric and breathtaking adventure for iPhone or iPad

I was so excited to find this game available for the iPhone. The bad reviews are from people who dont exactly know how to work the game. You can only use items when the robot is in a certain spot and when the object is high-lighted. To retrieve the dog for instance, the robot needs to stand at the edge and put the gun over the dog - not try to give it to the robot to shoot. I didnt want the game to end. The graphics are awesome! The puzzles are fun and some are frustrating, but I would always figure it out after a good break from the game. I hope they come out with more games!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Well worth the 4.99 !!
